The Journey
How we got here
Trixinc was founded with a clear frustration in mind: too many small and medium businesses were being left behind in the digital revolution. They couldn't afford large agencies. They didn't have time to vet freelancers. And they had no access to the AI tools and operational talent that bigger companies took for granted.
We started by building websites and managing Shopify stores for e-commerce businesses — learning the operational realities of running a business online from the inside out. Our HVAC multi-brand Shopify operation became a proving ground for everything from customer support SOPs to AI-assisted product Q&A.
Over four years, we expanded into towing BPO (24/7 dispatch, invoicing, claims), hotel ERP platforms, and AI chatbot deployments. With each project, we built a deeper playbook — and a stronger team.
